Washington Workforce Association
Presents TWO-DAYS of workshops for frontline staff

Day 1
Aiming your team for the Super Bowl:

Quality services in a team environment

February 25 | Tacoma or February 27 | Yakima
8:30 am to 4:30 pm (lunch will be served)
Presented by Ricki Kozumplik

Delivering quality services in a team environment can be challenging work. Come to this interactive session and gain hands-on skills to address your most pressing needs. This session explores how to develop and maintain effective partnerships and how to create WIIFMs (what's in it for me) for each partner. You will learn effective approaches for serving universal and targeted populations, determining the best roles for each partner, and how to serve businesses with one voice.

Frontline staff will learn how to:

  • Create an integrated customer flow among all agencies
  • Create a collaborative One Stop office layout that effectively serves both universal and targeted populations for all agencies
  • Provide a collaborative approach to thorough and effective career planning
  • Map resources
  • Negotiate service roles among agencies
  • Streamline services to work "smarter" instead of just "harder"
  • Ensure each agency exceeds its performance measures
  • Satisfy the needs of both job seekers and businesses
