CANDI S. FOON is Chief Operations Officer (COO)
of Integral Wellness Group (IWG). IWG is a partnership focused on implementing
“integral wellness” approaches for the healthcare, wellness,
food, energy, water, and information industries.
The “Integral Wellness” approach
provokes breakthrough levels of clarity, trust and innovation that address
and integrate the IWG Five Human Technologies: (1) Consciousness (Self-Awareness)

Ms. Foon is also concurrently Founder, CEO
& Principal Consultant of Integral Wellness Consulting Services
that provides integral wellness programs to enhance the alignment of
client health and wellness strategies with client business strategies.
She has over 20 years combined corporate and
entrepreneurial experience in business management, sales, and administration.
She also has over 20 years teaching experience in the fitness and wellness
industries — offering private consultation, classes, workshops,
retreats, organizational consulting and group facilitation to the staff
of organizations such as Seattle’s Best Coffee, Seattle Center
Foundation, Seattle Parks & Recreation, Pemco Insurance and T-Mobile.
She has over 25 years volunteer experience, has served on the Board
of the Women’s Business Exchange, and is a graduate of United
Way’s Project LEAD Program. Her life has been grounded in a spiritual
practice for 30 years. She has a wealth of cross-cultural experience
through insights, and understanding of living in Africa, Europe and
America.
Ms. Foon has a Masters of Science in Management
from Antioch University — Seattle (1996); a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business & Economics from Pacific University in Forest
Grove, OR USA (1984); and an International Baccalaureate, from Atlantic
College, Wales, UK. She has also received 1500 + hours Professional
Training /and Certificates of Completion in Health & Wellness.
She is experienced in community capacity building.
She brings a compassionate presence and caring quality to relationships,
and is able to handle complex human relationships and affairs without
arousing hostility — particularly when there are competing interests
between groups and/or individuals. She is able to raise the level of
emotional safety among people and guide them through the emergence and
resolution of conflict to enhance the development of high-performance
teams, organizations and communities. She understands that fundamentally
people want to be heard, seen, and loved. They also want to make a positive
difference in their own lives and the lives of others. The challenge
is that making a positive difference is really about: presence, compassion,
clarity, relationship building and multi-cultural engagement.
Her mission is to leverage the power

breakthrough levels of individual and organizational effectiveness,
performance, and efficiency. Her commitment is to optimize individual
