ALYSAN CROYDON
Alysan Croydon has a B.A. in Social Anthropology
from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London University,
as well as a Royal Society of Arts Diploma and Certificate in Teaching
English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from the International House in
London and the International Language Institute in Cairo, Egypt.
Her M.A. degree in Teaching English as a Second
Language (TESL) is from the School for International Training, Brattleboro,
Vermont.
Alysan has taught English as a Second Language
(ESL) since 1986 in the United States and in Brazil, England, Egypt,
Costa Rica, and Portugal, to immigrants, refugees, and international
students at all levels. She has extensive experience living and working
in multi-cultural settings.
While training and developing materials
for Literacy Network Of Washington since 1992, Alysan is currently a
program coordinator, curriculum developer, and teacher trainer in the
Seattle area.
