JANELL MORGAN NDEGWA,
Management Systems Analyst Assistant with the Human Resources branch of Seattle Public Utilities.
Janell has been instrumental in designing and delivering a leadership and succession plan that stretches across the organization, collaborating with a variety of branches and individuals to accomplish this cross-departmental program.

ROCHELLE CLAYTON STRUNK
Bellevue Center Manager for Hopelink, a non profit organization promoting self-sufficiency among low income families and individuals.
In addition to managing food and financial assistance programs for Hopelink clients, Rochelle has been instrumental in designing and implementing an employee leadership and education program that seeks to improve communication and collaboration across program areas and Hopelink's multiple sites.

MIKE BEEBE
Coordinator of the Common Cents program at the Fremont Public Association.
The program raises money for homeless youth through an annual coin drive in over 50 schools. Mike's collaborative work with schools, non-profit organizations and the Bank of America are vital to the success of the program.
