Workshop Description:

This full day Case Management Fundamentals workshop will utilize group work, discussions, case studies, and 'hands-on' activities to practice skills and tools, and to ensure an interactive, fun, and energizing day of learning.

This workshop has been designed for those who are new to the Case Manager role and as a refresher to those who already hold this position.

• Lunch will be on your own. Please bring a brown bag lunch.

  • The cancellation fee is $25. If you must cancel your registration, you may request a refund minus the $25 fee up to 3 working days prior to the event. After this date, no refunds will be issued and the workshop fee will be charged.
    
    
  • Alternatively, you can make substitutions for attendance.
    
    
  • Please note that "No Shows" will be charged the full workshop fee.
