Workshop Overview:

Self-Efficacy: One’s belief about her/his capability to perform a specific task or manage a situation. It is a major predictor of success in both school and work. Simply stated, successful people are not necessarily the smartest, best educated, most clever or most skilled. They succeed because they believe they will succeed.

Imagine what we could accomplish in our schools, workforce development agencies and other organizations if every individual could believe and say, “I will succeed.” Attend this interactive workshop and learn how to create success beliefs in the students, job seekers and others with whom you work.

Workshop Trainer:

Cal Crow, Ph. D.
