Building Great Teams: An Appreciative Approach

Workshop Fee:

$105 per person, includes all materials, continental breakfast and lunch.

Workshop Objectives:

  • Experience the Appreciative Inquiry (AI) process
  • Provide a new perspective for workshop participants to employ when approaching work related issues
  • Explain the basic concepts and principles of AI

Participants Will:

  • be able to articulate the 4-D cycle
  • be able to identify at least one/two applications for the AI pespective in their work
  • understand the How and Why AI works

CEUs / Free Clock Hours

Free Clock Hours are available after the workshop. Participants can register for Highline Community College Continuing Education Units (CEUs) before starting a course. The cost is $10 per course.
