Webinar Overview:
Employers say that only 20% of the people they interview can clearly state their strengths, skills and abilities for a job. This puts the employer in the position of “guessing” at an interviewee's fit for the position. The Dependable Strengths Articulation Process (DSAP) is a powerful tool to help people to clearly identify their strongest, most “dependable” strengths and then talk about those strengths to others. In this webinar you will gain an understanding of how DSAP identifies personal strengths as well as how to discuss those strengths during a job interview. You will learn how to effectively answer the employer's only real question in a job interview: "How can you be valuable to me?"
