Nani Jackins Park is the principal for EquityworksNW.  With over 20 years experience doing equity and diversity work, Nani is a seasoned trainer and consultant, who has worked with a diverse range of organizations on an equally broad range of issues related to pluralism, cultural competencies and social justice.  Nani is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Washington, researching the relationships between students of color and education. She also holds a master's degree in counseling psychology.
