Session description:

Becoming an ethical leader requires identifying one’s moral anchor, developing strong self awareness skills, and being committed to eliciting the talents of others toward a common mission. 

This session will walk participants through a series of exercises designed to help them clarify their core values, beliefs and convictions and develop tools for aligning their actions in ways that are consistent with these values and beliefs.

The session will include a panel discussion with two to four leaders in not for profit organizations who embody and practice this kind of moral compass leadership.
