LEADING IN CHALLENGING TIMES
Given the current economic climate, emerging, new and current leaders across all workforce sectors are facing unprecedented challenges in effectively leading staff, workgroups, teams or organizations as a whole. Within leadership, there continues to be a struggle to define “skill sets” that could significantly help leaders meet and overcome the challenges they lead. The urgency is greater than ever to develop the crucial skills sets of today’s leaders.
Presented by the Center for Learning Connections (CLC) (www.learningconnections.org), this fourth annual leadership development event – LEADERSHIP: The Experience 4 - has been designed to responsively meet the urgent need for critical skill building through a series of seven leadership development sessions, to be held monthly from September 2009 through to March 2010.
Each of these seven leadership development sessions will include topic presentation, interactive skill building activities and a ‘best practices’ practitioner panel, facilitated by the presenter(s).
These sessions have been designed for :
- executive director /CEO
