Ana H. Blackstad is Director, Student Advising & Support Services, Cascadia Community College. Ana’s background is in the areas of on-line learning, residence life, academic and career counseling, and training. Sally Zeiger Hanson is the Executive Director of the Puyallup / Sumner Chamber of Commerce. Sally previously worked for nine years at the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges developing programs and policies that help high school students transition into college. Previous jobs include: career advisor, international student advisor, conference planner, and college recruiter. Ana, John and Sally have been researching and teaching about generational issues for the nine years. They have worked with faculty on developing teaching methods that work in multi-generational classrooms, helped student services professionals design services for the changing needs of students and partnered with social service and workforce development agencies to create strategies for creating a workplace that benefits from the strengths of each generation.
John J. House is the Assistant Director at the Center for Learning Connections, Highline Community College. John is the project manager for the Transition Math Project funded by the state and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. John was recently appointed as the facilitator for the yearlong Puyallup/Sumner Leadership Institute. He has over 10 years experience advising and counseling students. Maureen Moriarty founded Pathways to Change in 2000 and brings over 25 years' experience in corporate and non profit marketing and management positions designing and implementing business strategies, leading teams and coaching professionals to achieve higher levels of performance and success.

Bob Walsh has pioneered many major international events and has been honored for many prestigious awards. He is best known for his role in organizing the 1990 Goodwill Games with Ted Turner in Seattle. His citizen diplomacy in the former Soviet Union also led to several humanitarian efforts. As a result of these humanitarian activities, Walsh received the Supreme Soviet Award in 1988 from then President Mikhail Gorbachev. Only three other Americans have received this prestigious award, including former Presidents Reagan and Bush. Walsh directed a portion of the Armenian earthquake relief effort for the Soviet government. The global humanitarian organization, CARE, credits him for introducing them to the former Soviet Union. After the break-up of the USSR, with the help of President Eduard Shevardnadze, Walsh arranged for the distribution of food and medicine to the Republic of Georgia. His years of humanitarian efforts and tireless promotion of the country of Georgia led to the award of Honorary Citizen of Georgia in 2002. and was given the 1990 World Citizen Award from the World Affairs Council.
