CONFERENCE THEME:

Being an effective leader continues to be a challenge in all sectors of today’s workforce. Coupled with the increasingly growing population of the leadership workforce facing retirement in the next few years, the urgency is greater than ever to develop the critical skills sets of today’s emerging leaders. This conference focused on leadership development to effectively help leaders put “theory into practice”.
