Jodie Sue Kelly
Youth programs must be designed strategically to meet WIA common performance measures. Program strategies that worked before may not be so successful under the common measures. How ill you get youth to want to participate and not drop out? What might convince them to keep participating until the goals can be met? The measures are slanted toward the toughest to serve group: out of school youth. This session will provide ideas on program strategies as well as ideas for meeting the measures.
