Leading from Middle begins at 5:00 pm on Sunday, February 22, 2004 and ends before lunch on Wednesday, February 25, 2004.

Event Fees:

$650 - Double
$750 - Single

Registration fees include lodging, meals, breaks, and all materials.

Cancellation Policy:

Registration cancellations made by February 13, 2004, will get a full refund. No refunds will be given after that date. If the workshop is cancelled, enrollees receive a full refund. Substitutions may be made at any time.
