In these days of shrinking resources and increasing enrollments, maintaining the POLITICAL Viability of Community and Technical Colleges is essential for administrators. Understanding politics at all levels - within our departments, our institutions, our community, state, nation and world is essential. Forming alliances and partnerships within community, business and industry and developing strong liaisons with political leaders is one way to accomplish this.

The Winter ASSOCIATION Conference, Thursday February 27, 2003 at the Marriott Sea-Tac will help you gain an understanding of the current political situation in Washington State, give you practical information to take back to your college and offer you a chance to network with other administrators and leaders from around the state. Be sure to attend!
