Doug Whittaker has been the Manager of Research and Analysis at the Washington
State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) since April 2000. In 1990 Doug began working at Tacoma Community College (TCC) as the Systems Analyst. In 1996 he became Director of Institutional Research, Planning and Budget at TCC, where he
also taught computer courses. Doug has a BA in English and a MS in Business.
