The Positive Core and 4-D Cycle
The positive core identifies the unique strengths, abilities,
skills, and attributes of a team, unit or organization. The
creation of a living history of the collective strengths of
organization or team is a critical part of the 4-D cycle. Organizations
are asked to:
- Discover
strengths
- Dream
what they could be
- Design
what should be
- Deliver
what will be
Throughout this process, the Positive Core focuses energies
on desired change.
This deceptively simple process encourages organizations to
grow in the direction of the wisdom and strength of the people
who best know what the organization can do.
