Trainer Biography

 

JONATHAN R. BEARD  LICSW, CPRP

Jonathan R. Beard is a Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience as a provider, supervisor and senior executive in nonprofit and governmental mental health and other human service agencies.

Mr. Beard currently serves as a Project Manager with the Washington Institute for Mental Health Research and Training. He also operates his own business, Progressive Strategies, providing a variety of consulting, training, clinical supervision and program and/or organizational development services to public and nonprofit human service providers and organizations.

Mr. Beard is particularly interested in recovery focused/consumer driven services, ethics, consumer rights, and supervision and management in nonprofit and public human service agencies.
