Paul Figueroa is a United States based workplace improvement / violence prevention consultant who specializes in communication skills, respect recognition, self esteem improvement and increasing productivity in the workplace by helping people understand themselves -and others.  A 12 year police veteran, now consultant, Paul brings over 20 years of expertise to all he does.
 
He is an award wining international speaker, trainer and facilitator, the founder of The Village Project (a non-profit organization) and Peace Enforcement LLC.  His Gossiping Prevention Program was featured on The Today Show and he’s been a guest on Radio Disney. 

He promotes workplace transformation through his upcoming audio CD’s and training on Compassionate Leadership.  His current book "Workplace Improvement– A CEO Perspective" has lead to some unbelievable interviews with progressive and prominent CEOs. 

In May he is being flown in to present his “Seven Steps to Phenomenal Management Skills” to over 500 Human Resource Specialists at the “West Meets East HR Summit” in Singapore -  The number one HR Event  for Businesses in ASIA!
