Rhonda Quash Coats is Vice President of Student Services at South Puget Sound
Community College. From 1994 to 2002, she served as Director of Student Services at the SBCTC, and prior to that worked at South Puget Sound and South Seattle Community Colleges. She holds a BS
in Physical Education, MEd in Higher Education Administration, and received a doctorate in Community College Leadership.
