During these times of record enrollments and diminished funding, maintaining hope is not always easy.
This conference focuses on how individuals and institutions can improve in healthier directions through the use of Positive Psychology.
Understanding the power, both theoretically and in practice, of using some of the science of positive organizational development to improve
lives and organizations will be the outcome of attending.
Please join with other exempt and administrative staff from around the state, and an array of excellent presenters, to participate in this event.
The ASSOCIATION leadership feels that this conference is too important to miss, therefore we are offering a discounted rate of only $99.00 to make it affordable for everyone during these times of budgetary cuts.

Feedback on Bill Grace from a previous workshop:
“I took an incredible workshop with Bill Grace. His work is in ethics, clarifying values and how our values show up in what we do. The more I thought about the impact Bill’s workshop had on me, I realized the values clarification process is why I pursued a career in community colleges. If you are get a chance to attend the meeting, I highly recommend it.”

“I personally find the theme of Positive Organizational Development so compelling that I feel a missionary zeal about spreading some of this info!”
