Leading from the Middle
This newly re-designed ASSOCIATION-sponsored program is open to ALL Washington state community and technical college employees and is especially intended for those who are:
- new to a position of leadership,
- have never had training for an administrative role,
- making a transition from staff or faculty to administrator or exempt position, or
- are new to the Washington CTC System

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation fee is $25.00; If you must cancel your registration, you may request a refund minus the $25 fee up to 5 working days prior to the event. After this date, no refunds will be issued; you can make substitutions. "No-shows" will be charged the full workshop fee.
Note: All fees must be received within 90 days after the event or a service fee of $25 will be added.
