Registration Instructions to the Director

Registration is being conducted through the Center for Learning Connections. All participants must be registered by the Program Director. In addition to the Director Program Registration Form, each participant must complete the online Participant Registration form.

Please follow the steps below to complete the registration for participants from your program:

Right Now (or as soon as possible...):

Select participants for the Summer Institute and submit the Directors Program Registration Form to Jan Palmer (jpalmer@highline.edu).

You must keep to the total number of slots your program is allowed. Slot allotment for your program is available from Jan Palmer (jpalmer@highline.edu)

A waiting list of up to five additional participants can also be submitted.

Standard Registration

  • $60 per person (July 11-13, 2006)
  • Includes all Institute sessions and activities
  • 7 meals (Tuesday lunch through Thursday lunch)
  • Lodging Tuesday, July 11 and Wednesday, July 12
  • NOTE: a limited number of spaces are available for early arrivals (July 10) for those traveling greater distances. Requests must be submitted via email to Jan Palmer (jpalmer@highline.edu) for consideration.

Commuter Registration

  • $50 per person (July 11-13, 2006)
  • Includes all Institute sessions and activities
  • 5 meals (Tuesday & Wednesday lunch & dinner, Thursday lunch)
  • No lodging

 

Today:

Distribute the link for the Individual Participant Registration Form to those staff you have identified for participation in this Institute.

The Directors Program Registration will be used to verify registration of participants. Only participants included on the Directors Program Registration list will be confirmed for registration. All participants must complete the online Individual Participation Registration Form to be confirmed for registration.

By May 15, 2006:

Return completed Directors Program Registration list to Jan Palmer (jpalmer@highline.edu).

Be sure that your program registration form has been submitted and payment has been made. Payment must be received in order for registrations to be confirmed. Please print and retain copies for your files.

By June 2, 2006:

Be sure that all selected participants have submitted their Individual Forms through the ABE Summer Institute website.

After June 2nd, un-used and/or un-confirmed slots will be offered to other providers.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation fee is $25. If you must cancel your registration, you may request a refund minus the $25 fee by June 16th. After this date, no refunds will be issued; you can make substitutions. "No-shows" will be charged the full workshop fee. Please inform Jan Palmer at (206) 870-5912 or jpalmer@highline.edu.
